Our team of consultants works across the UK and is made up of experienced ecologists, arborists and environmental experts who are dedicated to enhancing nature and biodiversity.

We are creative problem solvers, who understand the built environment and construction world. We have many years of experience supporting exemplary and sustainable placemaking that benefits communities, people and nature.

We're Here For You

How we consider nature in development is evolving fast.

Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is now mandated in law through the Environment Act and all new developments and infrastructure projects must ensure they meet their obligations or risk having planning permission refused. We’re here to help. Not just now, but through our future-forward approach to not only BNG, but Environmental Net Gain, encompassing carbon capture, flood mitigation and better air quality.

We work with people and businesses who plan, design and work within the built environment sector. We know you need to deliver compliant construction and infrastructure projects on time and on budget, as well as future-proof your projects.

Partnering with built environment businesses, we know that with the right ecological advice, developers and construction companies can balance places, profits and the planet, and help nurture our natural world.

Great client service, expert guidance and on-point delivery are part of our DNA. We’ll work with you every step of the way to achieve your goals in the most effective and sustainable way.

We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. If you like what you see, please get in touch

Helping You And Your Business

Biodiverse Consulting was launched in 2019 by Vicki Mordue who is passionate about enhancing places for people and nature. She believes that, delivered in the right way, responsible development can make a positive impact on our natural world.

With over 20 years of experience delivering commercial environmental projects, Vicki has a track record of establishing successful environmental consultancies in the UK and Ireland and a reputation for delivering services that both meet clients’ needs and benefits biodiversity.

Vicki has surrounded herself with talented, experienced experts who share her vision of delivering pragmatic commercial services that balance business and biodiversity.
