Biodiverse Consulting is always looking for talented individuals to join our fast growing team, regardless of your location.  Our main offices are rather special and located at Grade II listed, Dissington Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne but we operate nationwide and have a growing southern office.

Launched in 2019, we have grown rapidly to become one of the UK's leading providers of biodiversity and ecology consultancy to the built environment and construction world.

We work with a range of national clients (including major retailers, housebuilders, utilities providers and major charities) to enhance nature and biodiversity and our work includes biodiversity net gain, business support, ecology, nutrient neutrality and trees.

Our 25-person team is made up of experienced ecologists, arborists and environmental experts who are committed to exemplary and sustainable placemaking that benefits communities, people and nature.

Here, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of something special, to help scale our company, as well as develop your own sector specialisms, in a progressive and supportive environment.

You don’t have to compromise your career aspirations either. We’re small enough to care but large enough to work on complex, high-profile and exciting projects with nationally significant businesses within the construction, retail, infrastructure sectors, as well as supporting the third sector with real and lasting environmentally positive change.

If you have a particular area of environmental expertise you’d like to nurture and develop, we’ll support you, through training, volunteering time and continued professional development. We recruit at every level - from Graduate to Principal Ecologist, technical to senior management, as well as operational staff.

We consider our team to be our greatest resource, valuing each individual member. We are committed to providing a safe, positive and progressive working environment, and encourage a culture of teamwork, professionalism, learning and camaraderie, imbuing enthusiasm in each team member.
