We are always looking for talented individuals to join our fast growing team, regardless of your location - although our offices are rather special and located at Grade II listed, Dissington Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne.

We’re a high growth, pioneering consultancy, working across the UK, with a team of environmental specialists and ecologists, passionate about supporting businesses and biodiversity to flourish.

Here, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of something special, to help scale our company, as well as develop your own sector specialisms, in a progressive and supportive environment.

You don’t have to compromise your career aspirations either. We’re small enough to care but large enough to work on complex, high-profile and exciting projects with nationally significant businesses within the construction, retail, infrastructure sectors, as well as supporting the third sector with real and lasting environmentally positive change.

If you have a particular area of environmental expertise you’d like to nurture and develop, we’ll support you, through training, volunteering time and continued professional development. We recruit at every level - from Graduate to Principal Ecologist, technical to senior management, as well as operational staff.

We consider our team to be our greatest resource, valuing each individual member. We are committed to providing a safe, positive and progressive working environment, and encourage a culture of teamwork, professionalism, learning and camaraderie, imbuing enthusiasm in each team member.
